我通常好驚做Tripod headstand,因為舊年做Tripod個時跌傷左。今日我學識在失平衡時如何安全地跌倒,並且練習從站立到輪式(wheel pose),然後再從輪式站起來。當你不怕跌倒,不停嘗試,必定可以做到的!當然,我們需要一位有專業資格及有經驗的導師指導我們!謝謝我的老師! I used to afraid to do tripod headstand...as I injured myself from tripod headstand last year...Today I learned how to fall if I out of balance.And practice from drop back to wheel --> wheel to stand up...!!!
